
Abel López
Abel Lopez is the president for LTM & Otra Onda Inc. He served as Youth Pastor for 18 years in Dallas, Texas. He is a graduate from Rehma Bible College. He is an author of several books and youth ministry curriculum resources. Abel is the founder of CLAY Student Leadership, which teaches leadership principles to students and parents in the public schools. With a passion for the teens of this nation and Latin America, Abel is crossing boundaries and building a dynamic program in many cities. He is a sought after speaker both in English and Spanish youth leader training events. He also worked in corporate America where he was instrumental in working with over 450 employees and millions of dollars of inventories. His experience with the corporate world mixed with the ministry knowledge has allowed him to develop, direct, and position LTM/Otra Onda INC for greater impact to our nation. Abel resides in Dallas with his wife Mary and their family.
Wenona De León
Wenona De Leon graduated from Cal Poly State University (California Polytechnic State University) in San Luis Obispo, California with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Agribusiness and Marketing. She was the founder and President for PEACE (Parents Exercising Action for Children in Education) and the Director for Choix de Vie (House for Unwed Mothers) in Napa California. She taught English at the Middle and High School levels in Central America. Wenona has worked with youth for over 25 years as a counselor and teacher of multiple subjects in the Americas at all grade levels. She has written articles and co-authored numerous books for the development and success of children, adolescents and adults. She is the wife of Author, TV and Radio Show host Dr. Jeffrey De Leon. She currently lives with her husband and their four children in South Florida.
