Rob and his wife, Ginger Carman, are the founders of Victory Love Fellowship Church; January 6, 1980 was their first service on the Isleta Indian Reservation, just south of Albuquerque, New Mexico. There were only 35 people present on that first Sunday, 34 women and one man. Over the next years, Victory Love Fellowship grew in so many ways. Building after building was constructed, and the campus consisted of a 1,600 seat auditorium and two-story children's facility, a Spanish auditorium, a gym and game room that would seat 800, a café and a 10,000 square foot two story office complex. It was during these years that world missions were born into the hearts of Pastors Rob and Ginger. In 1988 they made a life changing trip to Nigeria, Africa. As the years progressed God began to put the puzzle together, through Victory Love Fellowship, Victory World Missions was born. The Carman's began to do everything they could to further World Missions, from training the national pastor, to building churches, Bible schools, digging water wells, conducting crusades and printing literature, etc. At one time they had established 120 international video Bible Schools in 14 nations. During this time Dr. Carman has been to over 60 nations, trained over 40,000 national pastors and leaders and spoken in person to one million people. He has also served for several years as executive international field director at Christ for the Nations and as their Institute mission's director as well. He has been awarded two honorary doctorate degrees from two separate universities. He is currently president of Victory World Missions. Dr. and Mrs. Carman resigned from the pastoral position at their church in 2002 to follow God's heart in two areas, first to continue to help equip the local church with their 22 years of experience and to be involved in global outreach efforts Dr. and Mrs. Carman have two children. Aimee, their oldest, works with them in the ministry, is married to a wonderful man, Lance Rogers, and has a beautiful daughter, Mia. Their son Andrew lives in New York with his son Asher.
